What does the certification include?

Each certification program includes:

    • Full access to our expertly developed study materials (PDFs, infographics, zone charts)
    • Short knowledge check (either a quiz or confirmation form)
    • Personalized certificate in PDF format with:
      • your full name
      • course name
      • date of issue
      • unique certificate number
      • embedded QR-code for verification
    • Lifetime entry in our online archive (for verification requests)
    • Optional: physical certificate with premium paper & holographic seal (shipped on request)

There are no hidden fees. The certificate is included in the course price.

Is this a medical license?

No.
Our certificate is not a government-issued license and does not replace any national medical diploma or mandatory authorization.
It is a professional certificate of completion, issued by an international private academy in accordance with widely accepted standards of continuing education (CPD).

Is the certificate internationally recognized?

Yes — but let us clarify:

    • IACA certification is accepted by many private clinics, beauty centers, franchised aesthetic chains, and international recruiters as proof of skills and education.
    • Our certificates are commonly presented in over 40 countries, including:
      🇬🇧 UK, 🇪🇺 EU, 🇨🇦 Canada, 🇦🇪 UAE, 🇹🇷 Turkey, 🇵🇱 Poland, 🇺🇦 Ukraine, 🇭🇷 Croatia
    • However, we are not a governmental body, and recognition depends on the country and its local legal framework.

Always check with your local health authority if a formal license is required.

Do I have to attend any live classes?

No.

All of our programs are self-paced, remote, and flexible.
Once you enroll, you get immediate access to the study materials and can complete the course at your convenience.

There are no webinars, no Zoom sessions, and no time constraints.
We built the system this way to fit the busy lives of working professionals.

 How fast can I receive my certificate?

In most cases, within 1–2 hours of confirming completion of the course.
Your certificate will be sent to the email you provided during registration.

We also keep your certificate in our secure digital archive, so you can request it anytime in the future — at no additional cost.

Can I verify my certificate online?

Yes.
Each certificate contains a unique verification code and QR-code, which can be entered or scanned on our Verify Certificate page.

Employers, partners, and institutions can instantly confirm the authenticity of your credential.

Can I get a physical printed certificate?

Yes — we offer an optional physical version, printed on premium ivory embossed paper with:

  • Gold-seal logo
  • Wet-ink signature (Dr. Natalia Pavlenko, M.D.)
  • Holographic serial sticker
  • Envelope with tracking code

Who creates the programs?

Our certification programs are curated by a panel of international experts in aesthetic medicine, dermatology, dental aesthetics, and education.

Each course is reviewed and approved by Dr. Natalia Pavlenko (M.D.), founder of IACA, and her expert advisory group from Croatia, UAE, and Ukraine.

Can I buy a certificate without completing the material?

No.
Even though our courses are compact, we require all participants to at least confirm they have:

  • Read the materials provided
  • Completed the short test or declaration
  • Understood the scope and safety principles of the topic

This protects both you and your clients — and gives your certificate real value.

Do I need to speak English?

All our materials are currently available in English, and some programs offer Ukrainian, Polish, or Croatian translations (depending on region).

If you’re unsure about your level — our materials are written in clear, simplified English, and we offer personal support in 4 languages.

Do you offer support if I have questions?

Yes.
We offer personal consultation and support by email and WhatsApp. You can reach us any time before, during, or after your certification.

Absolutely.
We collaborate with private clinics, aesthetic schools, and trainers who want to:

  • Offer international certification to their students
  • Co-brand their programs with IACA

What if I lose my certificate?

Don’t worry.
You can always:

  • Re-download your digital PDF
  • Request a resend by email
  • Ask us to verify your credential for an employer

We never charge for reissues. Once you’re certified — you’re certified for life.
