Certificates of completion are issued only upon successful fulfillment of all course requirements, including passing any assessments where applicable. The issuance of a certificate does not constitute legal qualification to practice medicine or cosmetology unless otherwise permitted by the laws of your jurisdiction.

IACA shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use our Site or services. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of business, or personal injury.

Public Offer

This Public Offer (“Agreement”) constitutes a legally binding contract between the International Aesthetic Certification Academy (IACA), a division of the International Open Science Association (IOSA), and any individual (“Client”, “Participant”, “User”, “You”) who accepts this offer by registering for and purchasing educational services through the website https://aesthetic-institute.edu-iosa.org.

By placing an order or submitting your data via our website, you confirm your full and unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Public Offer.

  1. Subject of the Agreement

IACA provides educational and informational services in the form of access to online learning materials, testing systems, and the issuance of non-state, non-accredited certificates of participation or course completion in the aesthetic, cosmetic and related fields.

This agreement covers all training courses, certifications, webinars, and related services provided through the Site.

  1. Acceptance of the Offer

This Agreement enters into force upon the Participant’s acceptance of the offer by:

  • Completing the registration form on the Site;
  • Submitting payment for the selected service;
  • Accessing educational content via a personal account.

The acceptance of this offer equals the conclusion of a legally binding contract.

  1. Nature of the Services

All services are provided in a remote (distance learning) format. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Access to theoretical course materials (PDF, video, slides);
  • Self-assessment quizzes and/or final tests;
  • Certificate of course completion (in electronic or printed format);
  • Optional: consultation or feedback sessions with course facilitators.

The User understands and agrees that the service includes educational content and certification, not a license to practice medicine or an officially regulated diploma.

  1. Payment and Refunds

All prices are displayed in the respective currency depending on the User’s region.
Payment is accepted through secure third-party systems (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, or local processors).

Refund Policy:

  • Payments are non-refundable once the educational materials have been accessed.
  • Exceptions may apply in cases of technical failure or billing errors, which will be handled on an individual basis.
  • Requests for refunds must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

  2. a) IACA Responsibilities:
  • Provide access to the ordered educational content upon successful payment;
  • Ensure the usability and operability of the Site;
  • Issue a certificate upon successful completion of the course and tests (if applicable);
  • Ensure data confidentiality according to GDPR and related privacy laws.
  1. b) User Responsibilities:
  • Provide accurate and truthful information during registration;
  • Use the services in accordance with the law and professional ethics;
  • Not to redistribute, sell or copy the course materials without permission.
  1. Intellectual Property

All educational materials, logos, designs, trademarks, and certificates provided by IACA are protected by international copyright and intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use, distribution or modification is strictly prohibited.

  1. Certification Disclaimer

All certificates issued by IACA represent proof of course participation and/or successful completion. They are:

  • Not state diplomas, licenses, or accredited medical certifications;
  • Intended for professional development and continuing education purposes only;
  • Subject to recognition by employers or institutions at their discretion.

IACA does not guarantee employment, legal right to practice, or license validation in any jurisdiction based on its certificate.

  1. Termination of Agreement

IACA reserves the right to suspend or terminate services to any User who violates the terms of this Agreement, provides false information, engages in fraudulent activity, or misuses the certificate.

  1. Limitation of Liability

IACA shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Site or services;
  • Misinterpretation or misuse of issued certificates by third parties;
  • Delays due to technical issues, force majeure, or third-party failures.
  1. Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the European Union and the jurisdiction of the country in which IOSA is officially registered (Poland). All disputes shall be settled in accordance with EU consumer protection law and international e-commerce standards.
